He explained everything to me and showed me what the camera revealed, which was my eardrum completely blocked with very hard wax. He was able to clear most of it which has enabled me to hear perfectly well, and given me olive oil eardrops which should soften the remaining wax and hopefully, enable it to exit my ear naturally. He explained the whole procedure from start to finish, complete with on screen ipad photos as the procedure progressed.
